Cómo hice el vídeo del penthouse de Miami con Genjutsu (paso a paso, con mis prompts)

Este vídeo lo grabé en mi piso, en selfie, en 22 segundos. Genjutsu lo convirtió en un penthouse de Miami de noche, con traje, barba, sofá gorila, jacuzzi y novia modelo, sin tocar mi voz ni mis gestos. Aquí está el proceso exacto, con mis prompts, mis referencias y lo que salió mal antes de salir bien.

Qué es Genjutsu y sus dos modos

Genjutsu es la herramienta de Higgsfield para cambiar un vídeo real manteniendo a la persona. Tiene dos modos y conviene saber cuál usar:

• Motion Control. Coge el movimiento de tu vídeo (gestos, cámara, cuerpo) y se lo aplica al personaje de una imagen. Sirve para meter a otro personaje haciendo lo que tú haces.
• Replace. Mantiene tu vídeo (cara, voz, sincronía de labios, gestos, movimiento de cámara) y cambia lo que le pidas: un objeto, la ropa o el escenario entero. Se le da el vídeo, un prompt y, opcionalmente, imágenes de referencia. Es el que usé aquí.

Las 4 reglas que aprendí a golpes

1. Decir qué se queda igual y qué cambia. En modo Replace, si no lo dejas clarísimo, toca la cara o la ropa sin que se lo pidas.
2. Una imagen de referencia numerada por cada elemento nuevo. Sin ellas el modelo inventa su versión y cambia de toma en toma.
3. Clips cortos y sin giros rápidos. Cuanto más corto, más fiel. Los giros con desenfoque de movimiento son lo que más deforma cara y manos.
4. Para cambiar tu apariencia, fabrica primero un primer frame calcado al original con el nuevo look (misma pose, mismo encuadre, mismo fondo) y úsalo como referencia 1.

Paso 1. El vídeo fuente

22 segundos, horizontal 16:9, 1920×1080, 30 fps. Selfie en mano con el brazo estirado. Recorrido: salón → sofá → pared de la tele → cocina → ventanales → giro → dormitorio → puerta del baño. Los tramos de 5 y 16 segundos son giros rápidos: ahí es donde más sufre el modelo.

Antes de escribir el prompt, transcribí el vídeo con tiempos. Lo que se dice manda sobre lo que se ve: cada cosa que nombro tiene que aparecer detrás de mí justo cuando la nombro.

Paso 2. El primer frame con el nuevo look

Antes de tocar el vídeo, generé una imagen: el primer fotograma del clip, idéntico, pero con traje, barba y pelo hacia atrás. Es la referencia 1 de todo lo demás. Modelo de imagen (Nano Banana Pro o ChatGPT Image) con el primer frame original como referencia:

Keep EVERYTHING else identical: same room, same window with skyscrapers on the left, same abstract blue and cream painting, same doorway, same lighting and white balance, same 16:9 framing, same handheld selfie angle and camera distance. Same pose: right arm extended toward the camera holding the phone out of frame, head slightly tilted, eyebrows raised, mouth open mid-sentence with the same expression.

Change only his look:
- Hair: a sharp, glossy slicked-back haircut, combed straight back with volume, short and faded on the sides.
- Beard: a well-groomed, full but short beard with clean, defined cheek lines and a sharp neckline, dark brown, matching his hair.
- Outfit: an elegant, perfectly tailored black suit with a crisp white shirt open at the collar, no tie.

Realistic iPhone front-camera look: natural skin pores, individual beard hairs, fabric texture of the suit, slight wide-angle distortion. Not cinematic, no color grading, no retouching. No text, no logos.

Si quieres conservar tu pelo, borra la línea de "Hair".

Paso 3. Las referencias, numeradas

Una imagen por cada cosa nueva que aparece, en un orden fijo, y en el prompt se las nombra por número ("second reference image"). Estas son las que usé:

Sofá gorila, penthouse de noche con luces neón, cama gris grande y jacuzzi con vistas. Las busqué o las generé por separado; lo importante es que cada una muestre un solo elemento, bien iluminado.

Paso 4. Primero solo el look (modo Replace)

Antes del penthouse completo, lancé una pasada que cambia únicamente mi apariencia. Si esta sale estable, el resultado sirve como vídeo fuente para la siguiente y Genjutsu solo tiene que cambiar el escenario. Vídeo: el clip original. Referencia: 1, el frame con traje.

SOURCE VIDEO RULES
Keep the source video exactly as it is from the first to the last frame: same apartment, same rooms, same furniture, same windows, same daylight, same colors and white balance, same lip movements, same speech timing, same facial expressions, same hand gestures, same body movement, same handheld selfie camera movement, same whip pans and same parallax. Do not add, remove or re-time any movement. Do not change the environment, the lighting or his voice in any way.

THE ONLY CHANGE: THE MAN'S LOOK (first reference image)
Change only the man's appearance to match the first reference image, and keep it 100% consistent in every shot, including during fast camera movements:
- Same face, same eyes, same facial features, same identity as in the source video.
- Hair: a sharp, glossy slicked-back haircut, combed straight back with volume, short and faded on the sides.
- Beard: a well-groomed, full but short beard with clean, defined cheek lines and a sharp neckline, dark brown, matching his hair.
- Outfit: an elegant, perfectly tailored black suit with a crisp white shirt open at the collar, no tie. The suit follows his body movement naturally, with realistic fabric wrinkles when he moves his arms.

Everything else in the frame stays untouched. The beard and hair must move naturally with his head and react to the daylight of the apartment exactly like his original hair did.

STYLE
Realistic iPhone front-camera video, identical in look to the source: slight wide-angle distortion, natural motion blur during fast movements, natural skin pores, individual beard hairs. Not cinematic, no color grading, no retouching. No other people. No text, no subtitles, no captions, no logos, no watermark.

Paso 5. El penthouse completo (modo Replace)

Vídeo: el clip original (o el resultado del paso 4). Referencias, en este orden: 1 frame con traje, 2 sofá gorila, 3 penthouse de noche, 4 cama gris, 5 jacuzzi. El prompt tiene cuatro bloques: qué no cambia, cómo soy yo, el entorno global y, lo más importante, plano a plano sincronizado con lo que digo.

THE MAN (first reference image)
In every single shot, the man looks exactly like the first reference image: same face, same eyes, same identity, sharp glossy slicked-back hair, well-groomed short dark brown beard with defined cheek lines, elegant tailored black suit, crisp white shirt open at the collar, no tie. His look stays 100% consistent for the whole video, including during fast camera movements.

GLOBAL ENVIRONMENT (third reference image)
Replace the entire apartment with the luxury Miami penthouse from the third reference image, at night. High-rise penthouse with white minimalist furniture, glossy white surfaces, light floors and floor-to-ceiling windows. The whole space glows with red, pink and purple LED ambient lighting: red on the walls on one side, purple and violet on the other, pink on the white sofas. Every window in the entire video shows the Miami skyline at night with sparkling building lights and red and blue rooftop lights. Never daylight, never sunset.

SHOT BY SHOT (synchronized with what he says)
0–5.5 s, living room. He says he is finally living in his Miami penthouse and is going to show it. The phone is placed in front of him and he steps back, talking and gesturing with both hands. Directly behind him stands the huge black faux-fur gorilla armchair from the second reference image, facing the camera, with the gorilla's head, shoulders and big hands clearly visible. To the side, floor-to-ceiling windows with the night skyline. The wall behind glows in deep red and purple.

5.5–7.2 s, the girlfriend. He says "by the way, there's my girl" and the camera pans to the white sofa. On the sofa behind him sits his girlfriend: a beautiful model with long dark wavy hair, in an elegant black evening dress, legs crossed, relaxed, glancing up from her phone with a small smile, slightly out of focus. The sofa glows pink under the LED lights.

8–9 s, the room. He says "here I have the bedroom". Behind him, an open doorway shows a glimpse of an elegant guest bedroom with a white bed and soft purple light.

9.5–11 s, the kitchen. He says "I have a kitchen". Behind him, the long glossy white kitchen island from the third reference image, glowing red, with a few elegant bottles and glasses on it. On the right, a crystal chandelier sparkling with pink reflections.

11.4–15 s, the views. He says "I also have all these beautiful views". He stands in front of the floor-to-ceiling windows. Behind him, the Miami skyline at night fills the frame: illuminated towers, glowing apartment windows and the dark bay with reflected lights. A sleek arc floor lamp glows softly beside him.

15.5–18.4 s, the jacuzzi. He says "wait, I have this room with a jacuzzi". The camera whips around and he points. Exactly where he points, right behind him, is the round white jacuzzi from the fifth reference image, filled with glowing turquoise water lit from inside, in front of floor-to-ceiling windows with the night skyline. Soft purple light reflecting on the water.

18.9–20.5 s, the bed. He says "and with a beautiful bed". Behind him, the huge low grey velvet bed from the fourth reference image, with rounded padded edges, white bedding, cream and white pillows and a fluffy white rug, with a grey padded panel wall behind it, next to the windows with the night skyline. The room glows in soft purple.

21–22 s, the bathroom. He says "here is the bathroom". The doorway behind him opens onto a luxury bathroom: white marble walls and floor with grey veins, a large freestanding white bathtub, a double vanity with gold faucets and a wide backlit mirror, warm golden light inside contrasting with the neon of the rest of the penthouse.

LIGHTING
His face stays clearly lit from the front by the soft light of the phone screen, always well exposed, with natural skin tones, and always the brightest part of the frame. The neon colors fall on the walls, furniture and background, and only lightly on the edges of his suit and hair. No colored light washing over his face.

STYLE
Realistic iPhone front-camera night video: slight wide-angle distortion, natural motion blur during fast movements, natural digital noise in the dark areas of the room only. Not cinematic, no heavy color grading, no film look. No other people except his girlfriend on the sofa at 5.5–7.2 s. No text, no subtitles, no captions, no logos, no watermark.

Cómo adaptarlo a tu vídeo en 10 minutos

1. Graba tu clip en selfie, brazo estirado, hablando, sin giros bruscos. 10 a 20 segundos.
2. Transcríbelo con tiempos y decide qué se ve detrás de ti en cada frase.
3. Genera tu frame con el nuevo look (paso 2) y busca una referencia por cada elemento nuevo (paso 3).
4. Lanza primero solo el look (paso 4). Cuando salga estable, el escenario completo (paso 5) cambiando el bloque "SHOT BY SHOT" por tus frases.
5. Itera en 720p; la versión final en 1080p.

Notas

• El sofá gorila sale detrás y no sentado porque en el clip empiezo de pie. Para salir sentado habría que regrabar el arranque sentado.
• Con 22 segundos no hizo falta recortar el clip; con giros más rápidos habría cortado en dos.
